Potato Flakes can be used as filling in preparation of Aloo Paratha, Pav Bhaji, Cutlets, Vada and any other recipe where mashed potatos are used. It can also be used as a billing agent in many preparations. One 200g pack equals to 1.3kg of mashed potatos.
