A Product shall be eligible for Refund in the following cases:
The product received is physically damaged.
The product received has missing items.
The product has not been delivered.
The product received is materially different from the one selected by the customer.
A Product shall not be eligible for Refund in the following cases:
Amul products are non-refundable due to hygiene, health, and the consumable nature of the product.
If the product has been used by the customer, i.e., there is a change in the quantity or other characteristics of the product, or it has been damaged while under the customer's care.
If a refund or exchange request is not initiated by the customer within the time specified in the Returns Policy.
If the customer’s concern is based on personal preference after opening the product(for example, liking or disliking the flavour, or differences in flavour compared to another brand).
If the customer fails to provide the required information to verify the case.
OTP-verified delivery orders will not be eligible for refunds in case of non-delivery claims.
Note:
The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery of the order.
A refund will be initiated after due verification by a personnel from the seller.
If the product is found to be physically damaged, defective, or different from the description, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
In case you receive a damaged, tampered, or wrong product, please send an email to [email protected] with the unboxing video and clear images of the product, shipping label, inner & outer packaging, and batch number.
Please do not use the product for which you have raised a complaint until there is a response or verification from our team.
If the shipment is tampered, damaged, or leaking, please do not accept the delivery.
Any physical reactions after consumption (such as rashes, stomach upset, vomiting, headache or any other) may vary from person to person. Therefore, such cases will not be eligible for refund claims. Customers are advised to consult a doctor if such symptoms occur.
Unboxing Video Guidelines:
The unboxing video should show a complete view of the package before opening to ensure there is no tampering.
If the box seal or tape is found to be tampered with, we reserve the right to reject the Refund.
3. Failure to provide proper video proof as per our guidelines may lead to rejection of the refund request.
The final decision regarding approval or rejection of any claim lies solely with Team AMUL.
