Refund policy

Conditions 

A Product shall be eligible for Refund in the following cases:

  1. Product received is physically damaged;
  2. Product received has missing Items.
  3. Product has not been delivered.
  4. Product received is materially different from that selected by the customer.

A Product shall not be eligible for Refund in the following cases:

  1. Amul products are non-refundable due to hygiene/health and consumable nature of the product.
  2. If the product has been used by the customer i.e., there is a change in the quantity or other characteristics of the product or damaged while under your care.
  3. Refund or exchange of a product is not initiated by the customer within the time specified in the Returns Policy.
  4. If the customer’s concern is based on personal preference after opening the product (for example, flavour liking/disliking or flavour differences compared to another brand).
  5. If the customer fail to provide the information required by us to investigate the case.
  6. OTP-verified delivery orders will not be eligible for refunds in case of non-delivery claims.

 

Note: 

  1. The reporting needs to done within 3 days of delivery of the order.
  2. A refund will be initiated after due verification by a personnel from the seller.
  3. In case the product is found to be physically damaged, defective or different from the description the refund for the products will be done in the source mode of payment within 5-7 working days.
  4. In case you received a damaged/tampered/wrong product, please send us an email with the unboxing video and clear images of the Product, shipping label, Inner & Outer Packaging and Batch Number to [email protected].
  5. Please do not use the product you have raised a complaint about for the time being.
  6. If the shipment is tampered, damaged or leak please do not accept it.
  1. Any physical reactions after consumption (such as rashes, stomach upset, vomiting, or headache) may vary from person to person. Therefore, such cases will not be eligible for refund claims. Customers are advised to consult a doctor if such symptoms occur.

 

Unboxing Video Guidelines:

  1. The unboxing video should show a full view of the package to ensure no tampering.
  2. If Box seal/tape is found tampered, we reserve the right to reject the claim.
  3. Failing to provide proper video proof as per our guidelines will lead to claim rejection.
  4. Final decision on approval or rejection of any claim lies solely with Team AMUL.
