Paneer cubes (milk solids, citric acid), brine [water, iodized salt, preservative (234)].

  • High protein: 25%
  • Low Fat: 6%
  • 45% Less Calories: Only 85kcal in a serving of 50g
  • 1 cube = 1g protein

Every cube in this tin weighs approx. 4 g and provides 1 g of protein so if you want to consume 10 g protein then simply take out 10 cubes and consume them the way you like.

Product is good....I heard some complaint about delivery but I got my products in time...Price range is also good considering 50% protein content in paneer...3rd party tests also confirms product authenticity. I hope Amul keep their quality like this in future too

its just fantastic for meeting daily protein needs. if you have tasted tofu and have had no problem with it, this is going to be like a cup of tea for you. slightly on the harder side but tastes good nonetheless.. loved it
