World’s highest protein milk, Amul high protein milk is truly a super milk packed with a whopping 35g of best quality milk protein in a 250ml pack.

Water, milk solids, enzyme (beta-galactosidase), artificial flavouring substances (vanilla).

  • Fat Free
  • Lactose Free
  • 35g Protein per pack
  • Only 225kcal per pack

There are several ways in which you can use this milk. 

  1. Have it as it is- warm, chilled or room temperature
  2. Use it as creamer for tea or coffee
  3. Use it chilled or warm to prepare creamy coffee
  4. Refrigerate the pack and mix the thick milk with fruits for a nice low-calorie dessert
  5. Make smoothies and shakes

 Pro Tip: You can warm the milk but avoid boiling it as it is a high protein milk, it will get stuck to the base of the vessel if boiled. Also, if you refrigerate the pack, the milk will become thick because protein has the tendency to form bonds at low temperature so if you find it too thick for your liking then leave it at room temperature or warm it a little and it will become thin again. Please note the protein content remains unchanged irrespective of the texture of the milk. So have it the way you like it!

I have been using it since 4 months. This is my 5th order. This is a great product to meet your protein requirements. It just seems a little expensive but it is what it is. This along with the Amul Whey and Amul Protein Buttermilk offer 75g of protein per day and considering the costs of all of the three put together, it is definitely cheaper than any other alternative out there. Importantly, the whey and buttermilk have been lab tested by Trustified.in, and the results reflect what is on the labels.

I always wanted something better protein products than earlier we got from other sources where we were not sure about the quality of product and that's why i didn't take any powder or suppliments because due to old faster growth products my real Mama who was found of gym was at the door of death for two days. better to take good product as these ones, really i thank AMUL for introducing these products for us and at affordable price.
