Sagar SMP is a non-fat, protein rich milk powder with minimum 35% Protein. It is rich in Calcium and contains zero added sugar. Made from fresh and pure Amul Milk, Sagar SMP has a rich and wholesome taste and dissolves easily so that you can enjoy the delicious goodness of milk or use it to make multiple milk based recipes.

Milk solids.

  • 35% Protein : The product contains 35% Milk Proteins – good for muscle building and growth. Many of the so-called ‘protein supplements’ available in market today contain lesser protein than this. Also, milk proteins are easily assimilated by body and easier for digestion.
  • Zero Cholesterol – good for heart
  • Non- Fat – hence good for dieting and calorie-control
  • Zero Added Sugar – Contains No Added Sugar & Sucrose. Hence, suitable for diabetic
  • Rich in Calcium – good for strong bones & teeth

This is most suitable for use by people on low calorie and high protein diet.

Ideal for preparing low fat and sugar free milk products.

  • For reconstitution as Skimmed Milk for drinking. Convenience of storage, no refrigeration and no boiling required. 
  •  For use in Milk based recipes, Curd, sweet making etc.
  • To make a fluid not below the composition of skimmed milk with the contents of this package, add five (5) parts of water by volume to one (1) part by volume of this shimmed milk powder.
  •  On reconstitution as per directions, 1kg of Sagar SMP provides 10.5 liters of non-fat protein rich milk.
